Health System Network provides medical, dental, dermatological, wellness, and related healthcare services through licensed healthcare professionals. All services are subject to evaluation by a licensed provider. Nothing on our website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older, or minors with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to appear without prior cancellation may result in a no-show fee. Health System Network reserves the right to discharge patients who repeatedly fail to maintain scheduled appointments.

4. Payment and Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept most major insurance plans. Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage, co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket maximums. Health System Network is not responsible for denials issued by your insurance provider.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Health System Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of County.

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with Health System Network or with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights at hhs.gov/ocr. We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint.
